SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Please allow up to two days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way! If you have not received an email within 48 hours, please contact us at soap@nomadicrootsfarm.com with your order number.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and your shipping options will populate. Choose the one that works best for you. Local delivery is available for some addresses in Kitsap and Jefferson counties. If your address falls within one of our delivery zones, the FREE option for local delivery will pop up at the top of your "Shipping method" list. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your address is not eligible for local delivery. If you believe that this has occurred in error, please contact us at soap@nomadicrootsfarm.com. We offer both contactless porch drop-off and public meet-ups. We would be happy to work with you. Local orders will be processed and delivered within 48 hours, barring extenuating circumstances (local weather systems, road conditions, etc).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
When you enter your address at Check out, a list of shipping options will populate. Prices will be listed next to each option. Please choose the option that works best for you. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using UPS or USPS, depending on what you have selected. Shipping times with either carrier are generally between 3 and 10 business days. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out. All orders over $40 will receive free shipping through 2024.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States of America.
RETURNS
Return Policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. We will process your return within 48 hours of receiving the returned package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would prefer a product exchange, please state that clearly in your email, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
